Disney informative speech?

I need to write a 6 minute speech about something informative. I wanted to do something about Disney but I need to include these sources:
- an academic journal (the hardest one)
-a book
-a magazine
-a newspaper
-and I need to be able to do an audience survey and ask questions of my audience that I will put into my speech.
I have tried the construction of Disneyland but I couldn’t really find any academic journals on that. Any tips??

What comes to mind is maybe engineering journals on the construction process or maybe about the rides since Disneyland would not have been possible without engineers. This is a bit of a stretch, but maybe some physics journals can describe concepts, theories, physics laws that make some of the rides possible (e.g. how is it possible for Space Mountain to go 65 mph, or whatever it is).
