I have 8 years experience managing a medical practice. I have 2 years experience in bank management. In both positions I had to write letters on a daily basis, to account holders, to local businesses, to patients, to insurance companies, to the chamber of commerce, etc.

I recently took a secretarial position when I moved to a new area. My boss seems a lot over the top if you ask me. Yesterday I wrote a letter and she just about fell over with a heart attack because I did not have the date lined up withthe signature line. She even asked “Didn’t you learn that in high school?”
